The Academy Apprenticeship Programme
Believing that technical skills are vital to the future success of British manufacturing, The Automated Technology Group is dedicated to providing meaningful training and development for young people through our own apprenticeship programme called “The Academy”.
Accredited by The Institution of Engineering and Technology, The Academy recruits new apprentices every year allowing young people to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and develop the skills required for a successful career in engineering.
Throughout the programme, apprentices gain industry-specific knowledge across various company departments while receiving a salary from day one, putting them in an excellent position to continue their career within the company on completion of their chosen pathway.
