Reporting to: Assistant Catering Manager
Salary: Rates of pay to be decided.

Purpose of Role

  • The role includes a match day food and beverage operation, stock control cash handling, dealing with customer needs, High standard of cleaning and food or beverage preparation.
  • Provide supervisory support on match days.
  • Assist in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.

Dimensions of the Role

  • Ensuring all movements of stock is recorded and any issues reported to Assistant catering manager.
  • Ensuring rotation of stock to prevent unnecessary wastage.
  • Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars.
  • Adhere to Licensing restrictions and enforce a proactive approach to Challenge 21.
  • Ensuring all kiosks and bars are closed down to a very high standard. This includes a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring all stock is secure, all equipment has been cleaned and the kiosk or bar is set up for the next match.
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures.
  • Ensuring all cash differences and till voids are reported following the correct procedure.
  • Supervising a team within your unit.
  • Train, motivate and monitor staff performance within your area.
  • Record all wastage.

Purpose of Role

  • The role includes a match day food and beverage operation, stock control, cash handling, dealing with customer needs, High standard of Cleaning, some food or Beverage preparation
  • Provide operational support on match days and events.
  • Assist in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.

Dimensions of the Role

  • Ensuring all movements of stock are recorded and issues reported to management team.
  • Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars
  • Washing utensils, or equipment making sure they are stored appropriately.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in Kiosk at all times including at close of the venue.
  • Cleaning, stock up and preparation of Kiosks.
  • Supporting the close down of Kiosks to company’s standards, including removing and securing all stock, surfaces are cleared and clean, all equipment is clean and presented ready for the next service.
  • Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained, including cleaning of all areas.
  • Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures.

Venue 360 is looking for someone qualified to a minimum of fitness instructor level 2 to work in their fitness studio delivering fitness assessments, program consultation and showing clients new programs.

As Luton's leading leisure and conferencing complex, Venue 360 (formerly known as Vauxhall Recreation Club) has provided the local community with state-of-the-art facilities for over 20 years.

We are looking for a Level 2 minimum fitness instructor's position to cover a minimum of 10 hours in the evenings and weekends and the candidate must be flexible.
The position requires excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable talking to members as this is the most important responsibility.
Other responsibilities include fitness assessing, writing programs, sales and cleaning and maintenance.
