Foundation Learning
Are you between 16 and 19 years old?
Would you like to learn new skills, earn money and progress into work, training and/or full-time education?
Then Foundation Learning is the way forward.
A training programme will be tailored to suit each individual. Assessment will enable a personalised action plan and timetable to be produced which are regularly reviewed.
Programme Structure
Courses can be delivered in groups, one to one or in the workplace and can include:

- English
- ESOL
- IT
- Job Search Skills
- Work Ethics
- Personal Development
- Life Skills.

Students may choose from the following to complement the options above:

- Healthy Living

How long is the course?
The length of the course is dependent on the individual’s needs and package of training. On average learners are on Foundation Learning between 16 and 22 weeks.
