

What is Train to Gain?
Train to Gain is a National funded initiative offered by the Government. It is designed to help businesses address the skills shortages in their workforce and to raise the levels of employees who do not already hold a level 2 qualification.

As an approved Train to Gain training provider Central Bedfordshire College supports employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of employees as a route to improving business performance. Our Service offers advice and delivery in a variety of training from basic skills through to leadership and management.
