Our Engineering courses are available at Level 2 and Level 3, and a Level 3 course is the perfect path to Higher Education or Apprenticeship for promising engineers. Our Engineering courses are taught at both our Dunstable campus and our new state-of-the-art Leighton Buzzard Skills Centre.
As an Engineering student at CBC, you will be taught by experienced Engineers straight from the industry, and courses have been developed in partnership with local and national engineering firms to ensure that you are being taught the most in-demand skills for this region.
You will have access to high-quality equipment and be taught through a range of practical workshops, theoretical sessions and develop your mathematics skills. Health and Safety are vital to this course and will be focused on to ensure that you can use all equipment safely and to an industry standard to prepare you for the workplace.
Key industry partners have been involved in the build of our Leighton Buzzard Skills Centre from its conception and remain a key feature in its operation of delivering the industry skills for this area; these include local employers such as BE Aerospace, Vinci Technology, Hone-All, Grundfos, Calex Engineering, BCS and Auto Technology.
