Bounce back with CBC

The pandemic has left many people having to reconsider their future as the economy begins to recover. Many will have found themselves out of work or facing increasing insecurity in their current occupation. For others, long periods of furlough and increasing time stuck at home have led them to re-evaluate their lives.

At Central Bedfordshire College, we have plenty of experience in helping people who need a career change, find themselves considering entering the world of work after a long break, or simply fancy a change.

If it’s been a while since you were last in education, studying at college might seem a big step. You may be surprised to know that the vast majority of students in further education colleges like ours are adults, just like you, who want to enhance their employment prospects. You can take advantage of competitive fees, the opportunity to study locally and a wide range of free courses with the support of Government funding. Of more than a million adults studying in colleges, 137,000 are on university-level courses. Regardless of your current qualifications, we are very likely to have a course to suit your needs.

Take advantage of the opportunities that lie ahead with a qualification from CBC.

As the name suggests is also delivered fully online however the key here is that you're in charge of your own learning. You'll have modules and assignments that you'll have to stay on top of in order to pass. We offer a number of FREE* online courses too - find out more here.

Distance Learning
This is a traditional course, you'll have a class, a tutor, and assignments, but instead of coming to College, your classes will be delivered online by a tutor and in some cases, you'll require a work placement. Find out more here.

Community Learning
