You will study units such as: PC Building, Software Installation and Maintenance, Customer Service Skills, Basic Maintenance Procedures, Networking, Software applications
When completed you will achieve a City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in ICT Systems Support, along with any other relevant qualification studied.
Each unit is assessed by an assignment containing practical activities and theory.
