The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators.

Term and conditions
The Learner must live in England, be aged 19 + (if aged between 19-23 and this is their first Level 3 qualification, it may be fully funded), have valid UK/EU passport. Learners must also hold GCSE Maths & English at grades A*-C or Level 2 Functional skills. If learners do not hold this they must be willing to work towards them as part of the programme.
