WILL THE COURSE GIVE ME WHAT I WANT?
This course - ESOL Skills for Life qualifications is to assist the learner in becoming independent of others (such as interpreters or translators; be they professionals, family or friends) when interacting with native English-speakers, both in a work environment and elsewhere. By improving their communication and fluency in English, learners will significantly improve their employability skills. Furthermore, these learners will benefit from the development of the ability to access service providers and to have the linguistic confidence to travel, work and socialise beyond their local community.
COURSE CONTENT
The course has 5 main entry levels. Pre-entry, Entries 1, 2, 3 and Level 1. There are two intakes in the year: September and February. The course is delivered in 3 modes and learners must pass all 3.
