Do you want to have an active and worthwhile career as a Personal Trainer?
This qualification is aimed at adult learners wishing to become a Personal Trainer, and already hold the Level 2 Gym Instruction Certificate. This course focuses on the planning and instructing of both Gym Based and Personal Training programmes The course is for 14 weeks for 3 hours on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening plus extra remote learning of approx. 10 hours per week.
Your areas of study could include:
- Bespoke excerise programme design
- Business acumen for a successful Personal Training Practice
- Applied Anatomy and Physiology
Your assessments throughout this course will continuously monitor your progress; these could include practicals, research tasks and presentations.
Your Tutor will be on hand to support you throughout your course to develop your skills, prepare you for your next steps and help you to achieve your goals.
What options are there after completing this course?
Upon completing your course, you have a great range of options available to help you continue your aspirations. Upon completion of this course you could be able to progress to a Higher Education course including a Level 4 HNC in Sport or to University. Employment as qualified Personal Trainer.
This course is for adults and will be a mix of evening classes for practical elements of the course and blended learning to complete remotely.
