Course Overview

This course is delivered in an applied way, bringing together academic, practical and technical skills. You will complete routine, simple tasks under supervision with the expectation to progress to tasks in greater detail and with independence and confidence.

This course includes online exams and ongoing practical assessments. Lessons can consist of lectures, discussions, independent research, online tests and individual and group practical tasks.

What options are there after completing this course?

Upon completing your course, you have a great range of options available to help you continue your adventure. • You can progress onto the Level 2 Information Creative Technology or the Level 2 Diploma in ICT Systems Support.
