We are thrilled to share that the architecture of our brand new, purpose built Engineering Skills Centre in Leighton Buzzard was commended in the Education category at the biannual Bedfordshire Association of Architects Awards Ceremony at Shuttleworth House on Friday 29th September.
In their speech awarding the commendation to the CBC and MK40 architects who worked on the Leighton Buzzard building, the judges complimented the simplicity and effectiveness of the design and expressed particular admiration for the entranceway.
The award was presented by Jane Duncan, Outgoing President of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Jane Duncan was succeeded as the RIBA President on 1st September by Ben Derbyshire.
